The beginning of the circuit is done in a 4x4 car, leaving Barreirinhas and crossing the Ferry on the Preguiça River. The motorized route is 12 km long and takes 45 minutes to cover on a sandy trail. After the car journey, visitors continue on foot between the dunes.
